Let’s know the application process for a refund in the Sahara refund portal

• First of all, we will go to the official website https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in
• This will open the home page in which the depositor will click on the application.
• After this, you have to fill in your Aadhaar number and mobile number linked to your Aadhaar.
• You will fill your OPT  by clicking on sand OTP in it.
• Once the registration is complete, the depositors will click on logging again.
• Again, fill in your Aadhaar and your mobile number and log in by filling in the OTP again.
• Read the terms and conditions carefully and click on “I agree”.
• You will see your complete information such as your Aadhaar name, your date of birth and your bank details, and your full address.
• Fill out your form with the certificate of deposit.
• The name of the society, membership number, and you have to fill in your deposited amount.
• If you have taken a loan or you have withdrawn money from time to time, then you have to fill everything about it with full details.
• If your amount is above 50 thousand, then you will also have to give your PAN card details.

To withdraw all your money, you fill in all the details at once. And after verification, you download this request form. And paste your photo on it and upload it again. On successful filling, an SMS will come to your mobile number. Now the cooperative society will verify this form in 30 days, after verification, the government employees will take action on it in the next 15 days. Once the form is approved, the amount will be sent directly to your Aadhaar-linked account.

Rs 5,000 crore will be sent

The Ministry had filed an application in the Supreme Court to resolve the problems of Sahara group’s cooperative society and depositors. The Supreme Court had directed that rs 5,000 crore be transferred from the Sahara-SEBI refund account to the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS). The depositors’ money will be returned under the supervision of former Supreme Court judge R Subhas Reddy. In this case, Gaurav Agarwal has been made assistant to R Subhas Reddy.
